L'Embrun : cuvée of pleasure

L’Embrun White :

100% Rolle.

Beautiful pale gold colour. Fresh and fruity nose, with notes of pear and pineapple. The palette is fresh, full and finishes on lime aromas.

Food and wine pairing : apéritifs, shellfish, grilled fish.


L'Embrun Rosé :

70% Grenache ; 15% Cinsault ; 10% Rolle ; 5% Syrah.

Very pale skin colour robe. Fine nose combining aromas of dried fruits, grapes, hazelnuts and spicy, peppery aromas. Light and fresh on the palette, finishing on notes of grapefruit and cherry stones.

Food and wine pairing : apéritifs, Mediterranean cuisine, tapenades, thoïonade, salads, grilled foods.


L'Embrun Red :

100% Syrah.

Beautiful deep ruby colour. Spicy black fruit nose with leather notes. Round and supple on the palette, with ripe tannin expression.

Food and wine pairing : apéritif, grilled meats, Mediterranean cuisine, cold cut meats and cheeses.

Domaine de la Persuade White :

100% Old White Ugni.

Beautiful pale yellow colour. Complex nose of ripe fruits, banana, evolving to mineral notes of chalk, finishing on fresh citrus and pepper aromas. Rich, full and fleshy with a great aromatic persistence containing notes of citrus and white flowers.

Food and wine pairing : shellfish, fig tart, vegetable wok, green tomato tartar, fish in sauce, white meats or even foie gras.


Domaine de la Pertuade Rosé :

80% Grenache 15% Cinsault 5% Syrah.

Brilliant pale salmon colour. Nose of nuts, pineapple, apricot with some notes of lime and Tirol. The mouth is balanced with a lovely crisp final note of white currant.

Food and wine pairing : red mullet en tempura, squid salads, Mediterranean cuisine, tapenades, thoïonade, salads, barbecues, grilled fish.


Domaine de la Pertuade Red :

85%Syrah 10% Grenache 5% Mourvedre.

Beautiful bright purple hue. Nose of blackberry, blackcurrant, raspberry and notes of cacao. Good enveloping structure of ripe tannin that covers the palette. Beautiful length that finishes on notes of sour cherries and coffee. To discover and leave to mature for several seasons.

Arthus : exceptional cuvée

Arthus White :

50% Ugni Blanc, 50% Rolle, fermented and aged in oak barrels for 10 months.

Beautiful sparkling golden colour. Complex nose of stone fruits, cherries, plums followed by nuts, dried apricots and finish on notes of lime. The feel is full and round, covering the palette.

Food and wine pairing : sea bass ceviche, lobster pasta, shirred eggs with truffle, sea urchin scramble, gastronomy dishes.


Arthus Red :

80% Syrah 10% Grenache 10% Mourvedre; Oak-aged for 14 months.

Deep garnet red hue. Sophisticated expressive nose with smoky, liquorice aromas that evolve to notes of truffle. Beautiful feel with noble supple tannins. Persistent coffee and cocoa aromas, finishing on a fresh minty note.

Food and wine pairing : Thermidor lobster, asparagus pie, foie gras and truffles, summer vegetable tian, gastronomy dishes !

Cuvée Bleu de Pertuade

Grape variety : 80% Grenache 15% Cinsault 5% Syrah.

Rosé of pleasure. Very pale flesh colour, expressive nose combining aromas of citrus fruit and white peach. Light and fresh on the palette,, finishing on notes of grapefruit.

Cultivation method: Small family domaine of 13 ha. Integrated farming, in HEV (High Environmental Value) conversion, soil tillage and respect for biodiversity. Quality yield 42 hl/ha.

Vinification: Cold pre-fermentation maceration and inerting of the harvest during pressing. Cold stalling.
